Task Reminders in OwlOps

Task reminders are sent only to the person who is assigned to a task when the following conditions are met:

• The task has the status of OPEN (Reminders are not sent when tasks are placed on HOLD).
• The task is past its set due date (if set).
• If the last update or reminder was 14 days ago without a set due date.
• The last update or reminder was over 7 days ago and it is past the set due date.
• The task has not been updated since creation, it's past the set due date, and 2 days have passed.

Task Reminders will only be sent Mon-Fri from 9am to 5pm.
