This will keep your customer updated when you arrive on site, provide a description of the work that was completed, and close the task when it is completed. ### Step 1: View the Task in Your Account View the work order request which will take you to your OwlOps account.  ![](https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/qwcy8byVeSRZxKhLKifBQZtC7BUah4LD8hO9D7Hz85O01tQJ-RYfsA36CtaqNckMTIKygT_fL0HzXJpgrdVJLm9Wh3dAzYmH0kBl93v2z3jS0hLYfVdYyG4Bf-_OGGv51FjXjh93) ### Step 2: Checking In On Site Once you are on site and ready to begin the work, from the task screen select **Check In** and confirm that you are on site.
