# Resetting Your Password

## Forgot your OwlOps password? Follow the steps below to reset it and regain access to your account.

#### 1. Go to the OwlOps login page

Go to **app.owlops.com**.

Select **Forgot Password** on the login screen.

#### 2. Request a password reset

Enter the email address associated with your OwlOps account and follow the prompts to request a password reset.

#### Step 3:

Check your **Email** for the **Password Reset** link (check your Junk/Spam folders).

#### **3. Check your email**

Check your inbox for the **Password Reset** email from OwlOps.

Open the email and select the password reset link.

**Don't see the email?** Check your **Spam or Junk** folder. It may take a few minutes for the email to arrive.

### You're all set!

Return to **app.owlops.com** and sign in using your new password.

### Still having trouble?

If you aren't receiving the password reset email or still can't access your account, contact your **OwlOps administrator** or **OwlOps Support** for assistance.
