Notification Alert Settings
Setting Notification Days
- By default, notifications will be enabled every day of the week.
- You can select specific days when you'd like to receive notifications by toggling the buttons next to each day (e.g., Mon, Tue, Wed, etc.).
- Green toggle = Notifications enabled for that day.
Silence Notifications
- You can silence all notifications using the Silence Notifications toggle.
- Note: The option to silence notifications does not apply to tasks classified as High or Urgent. You will continue receiving notifications for these tasks even if you silence notifications for other days.
Notification Configuration
For any Task Type (New Tasks, Updated Tasks, or Closed Tasks), you can configure the notifications you'd like to receive based on priority. To do this, go to Setup / My Account and in the Mobile Notifications dropdown:
- Simply select the priority level from the dropdown (e.g., Low, Medium, High, or Urgent).
- Notifications will be sent for tasks that match or exceed the priority level you select. For example, if you set Medium, you'll receive notifications for tasks of Medium or higher priority (High and Urgent).
This applies to tasks:
- Created by You
- Assigned to You
- My Departments (flagged in user settings)
- All Departments within your company that you have access to
