Workaround for some iOS users uploading images from gallery.
Issue Overview:
We are aware of a bug affecting the usage of certain features within our app due to image format compatibility issues on iOS devices. This issue arises when the camera format is set to "Most Compatible."
Workaround:
To resolve this issue temporarily while we work on a fix, please follow these steps to change your iOS camera format to "High Efficiency":
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
- Scroll down and tap on Camera.
- Tap on Formats.
- Select the High Efficiency option.
By switching to High Efficiency, the images captured will be in a format compatible with our app's features.
