Receiving only High / Urgent Task Notifications

Configure your communication preferences to only receive notifications for high and urgent priority tasks

If you no don't want to receive notifications for tasks that are non-urgent / low priority, follow these steps to configure your communication references:

Step 1:

Go to Setup / My Account. 

 

NOTE: Administrators can set this up for team members by going to Setup / People --> Details and following the remaining steps. 

Step 2:

Under the E-mail Me / Preferences dropdown, toggle on the CC High and Urgent Only option.
