Ensuring Delivery of & Whitelisting OwlOps Emails

Having troubles receiving OwlOps emails?

If you or someone on your team is having issues receiving OwlOps emails, please check the following:

  1. Validate the email address you are using is correct
  2. Check the JUNK or SPAM folder and mark app@owlops.com as an approved sender.
  3. Have your IT administrator add OwlOps to their whitelist or approved sender list.
