On the **Designer** tab, choose the section in the **Section / Group** filter, then click **+ Add Item**. 2. In **Type**, choose **Scoring**. 3. Enter a **Name** (required). You can also add a **Header** and **Details** (both optional). 4. Enter the lowest and highest score allowed in **Scoring (Min)** and **Scoring (Max)**. For example, Min 1 and Max 5. 5. Click the **Preview** tab to see how the totals will look. When the checklist is completed, the task status changes to **Closed** and the checklist becomes read-only, with the totals kept on the task.
