Roles & Security – Permission Breakdown
The Roles & Security settings in OwlOps allow you to control exactly what each user can see, access, and do within the system.
In most cases, the OwlOps team will initially configure these permissions for you based on best practices and the most common setups for each role (e.g. Managers, Technicians, Admins). This helps get you up and running quickly with a structure that works well out of the box.
