# Reports - Technician Performance

## The Technician Performance Report provides a summary of each technician’s productivity and time allocation across a selected date range.

### Metrics Explained

**# Check In**  
Number of locations or tasks checked into by the technician.

**# Tasks Closed**  
Number of tasks completed and closed by the technician.

**Timesheet (h)**  
Total hours logged on timesheets (clock in/out) during the reporting period.

- **Beige:** Clock out pending.
- **Yellow:** Clock out missed — automatically set to 8 hours.

**# Tasks With Hours**  
Number of tasks updated by the technician with hours logged.

**Task Time (h)**  
Total labor hours attributed to tasks.

**Travel (h)**  
Total travel hours attributed to tasks.

**Work %**  
Percentage of time spent on task work.  
Formula: `Task Time (h) ÷ Timesheet (h)`

**Travel %**  
Percentage of time spent traveling.  
Formula: `Travel (h) ÷ Timesheet (h)`

**Overall %**  
Total percentage of recorded time (work + travel) compared to timesheet hours.  
Formula: `(Task Time + Travel) ÷ Timesheet (h)`
