Completing Checklists and Follow-Up Tasks in OwlOps

Overview

To complete a checklist and create subsequent follow-up tasks in OwlOps follow these steps: 

Steps

  1. On the OwlOps Home Page, click Checklist drop-down and select the checklist that needs to be completed.  


  2. As you complete the checklist, if a line item is not up to standard or incomplete you have the option of creating a follow-up task. 


  3. You will then be prompted to create and assign a follow up task that will act the same way that all other task creations work in OwlOps. Click Save at the bottom of the page and the follow-up task will appear on the dashboard of the person it was assigned to.
